This film, based on the prize-winning documentary about migratory farm workers, Harvest of Shame, examines the inequities in the two-tier hiring system in American universities and colleges. It will be followed by a discussion of the plight of adjunct faculty. Issues that will be covered include pay equity, job security, work conditions and benefits.
