#4 Diet and Exercise:
Basics of good health include a healthful diet and regular exercise. With all
the media hype about diet today how do we know what is healthy? How much exercise
is needed to benefit the body and how can an individual design his/her own exercise
program? We will discuss the preventative and beneficial effects of healthful
